Miss Mi turns up the heat for a one-night feast of fire, flavour, and finely aged whiskey. In an exclusive collaboration with Limeburners, WA’s internationally awarded distillers, Chef Alex De Leon presents a five-course share-style menu inspired by traditional Southeast Asian BBQ.
Expect sticky, smoky, flame-kissed goodness, from Thai-style grilled chicken skewers and Indonesian pork satay to Filipino BBQ beef ribs. Each course is expertly paired with bold whisky or whisky cocktails, including the Director’s Cut served neat and the Karri Honey Liqueur to finish, including the award-winning Darkest Winter served neat and the Karri Honey Liqueur to finish.
