The collaboration with Whipper Snapper Distillery, run by 18-year Australian Army veteran Ryan Wilson, brings together two Perth institutions that share values of craftsmanship, authenticity and local pride.

Enjoy a curated selection of three whiskeys from the Whipper Snapper collection, paired with chocolate, guided tasting notes, optional mixers and the story behind both the distillery and each whiskey. Upgrade to the whiskey tasting & pairings option to add a mini tasting board of nuts, crackers, cheese and fruit. A relaxed whiskey tasting celebrating WA craftsmanship through guided pours and shared stories.
