Three Wednesdays, three regions, three long-table whisky dinners.

In August, Terrarium hosts three separate whisky dinners, each one spotlighting a producer from regions uncommonly seen in Western Australia. 12 August takes you to Scotland with whiskies bottled by independent bottler Single Cask Nation. 19 August heads to the USA with Penelope, out of Bardstown, Kentucky. 26 August closes the series with Australian whisky from Hellyers Road Distillery in Northern Tasmania.

Each dinner includes up to six pours from the featured producer, paired with a substantial share-style feast of in-season produce served along the long table. Led by Terrarium's MD, GM and self-confessed whisky nerd, Xander Stücken.
