Available throughout August, Raviolando takes diners on a journey through Northern Italy. Start with focaccia and Sicilian olives, then move into three signature ravioli, each showcasing distinct fillings, techniques and flavours. An optional Italian wine flight of three red or white pours can be added, designed to highlight the nuances of each dish.
