Join Miss Mi for a winter favourite with an Asian twist. The lechon is the ideal salve for the winter chill. Treat the table to a 1kg Filipino rolled pork, slow-roasted until succulent and juicy, wrapped in crisp crackling and full of flavour.

Served with traditional lechon sauce, a richly sweet, tangy and savoury accompaniment, and rounded out with sides of pickled papaya and fried rice, it’s designed to share with up to four.

Each lechon is prepared to order, so bookings must be made 36 hours in advance. A table-centrepiece roast of slow-cooked Filipino lechon, served with bold condiments and classic sides, made for sharing over winter gatherings.
