The kitchen and brewery come together for a Porchetta & Plateful Pils dinner. The hero is a house-made porchetta, rolled, slow-roasted, and finished with crisp crackling, served with deeply reduced jus and roasted seasonal vegetables. A decadent dessert closes the night, paired to complement the pilsner.

Phat Brew Club's Plateful Pils is a crisp, clean Pilsner brewed to showcase balance and drinkability. It pours bright straw with a tight white head, delivering subtle floral and herbal hop character over a light malt backbone, finishing dry and snappy. A true food beer, designed to cut through richness and reset the palate.

Each booking includes two schooners of Plateful Pils. A kitchen-and-brewery collaboration built around rich porchetta, crisp Plateful Pils and a dinner designed for balance, indulgence and easy drinking.
